How pets work at our homes
Pets are welcome at most of our homes for a one-time pet fee shown at booking. A few homes do not accept pets, and those are excluded from this list. When you book, add the number of pets so that the quote includes the fee.
Several homes have fenced yards, which many dog owners prefer. Our fenced-yard page lists them. Where a home sits inside a condominium or HOA, designated parking and common-area rules still apply to guests with pets.
Making the stay easy for everyone
Please keep dogs off the furniture unless the home says otherwise, pick up after your pet on walks and never leave a pet unattended in the home if it may bark or become anxious. Wildlife, including bears, lives nearby, so keep food and trash secured.
Pagosa's altitude and dry air affect animals too. Carry water on hikes and avoid hard exercise on your first day at elevation. In winter, check paws after walks on salted or icy roads.
