Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. If your plans do not line up, you can ask to add time at either end. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability.
How it works
Ask us once you have booked, ideally a few days ahead. We check the calendar and cleaning schedule for your home, then confirm.

Questions
How much do early check-in and late checkout cost?
Each is $15 per hour. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. For example, arriving two hours early is $30.
Is it guaranteed?
No. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability, and nothing is final until we confirm it. Availability depends on whether another guest is checking out or in at your home that day. We check, then confirm.
How do I request it?
Message or call the office at (970) 731-1485, or email propertymanagement@simplyhome.us, with your name, the home and your dates. The earlier you ask, the better the odds.
