The home includes a washer/dryer, deck, keyless entry, and parking. Uptown location is about 10 minutes from downtown and 40 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area.

Pets are welcome here. A pet fee of $50 applies (see your booking for details).
Winter travel may bring snow; a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended. Weather-related refunds are not issued unless previously discussed and authorized by management.
One dog is allowed with prior arrangement. The garage is locked for owner use; guests do not have access.
Pagosa Springs is surrounded by the San Juan National Forest, with hiking, biking, rafting, kayaking, paddleboarding, tubing, and scenic drives nearby.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by arrangement; contact the property manager to confirm.
