About your stay
Lakefront Pagosa Springs, Colorado retreat with Village Lake access, a wraparound covered patio, mountain views, and a private theater/bonus room. The four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sleeps six with a king, queen, full, and queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy a full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, smart TVs, and keypad entry near Uptown Pagosa Springs, downtown, and Wolf Creek.

Pets are welcome here. A pet fee of $50 applies (see your booking for details).
Fishing permits are required for lake fishing and are available through the local lake administration office or recreation center. Swimming is not permitted in the lakes; small boats require a permit. Up to two pets are allowed under the house rules. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM; contact the property manager about any exception. The thermostat is on the kitchen wall beside the pantry. Winter guests should plan for snow and use a suitable vehicle. Guest capacity is limited to 6. Pagosa Springs is surrounded by the San Juan National Forest and known for its geothermal hot springs.
