Quick note—Cooling is provided by portable air conditioning unit(s) (not central A/C)., which is common for many properties in Pagosa due to the cooler mountain climate. To keep the home comfortable, we recommend opening the windows in the evening to let the fresh mountain air in, and then closing them in the morning to help retain the cool air throughout the day.
