About your stay
Riverfront Pagosa Springs, Colorado log home in San Juan River Village with a hot tub overlooking the San Juan River, mountain views, and private river access. The four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home sleeps eight with two king beds and two queen beds. Enjoy A/C in every bedroom and the dining room, radiant-floor heating, a wood fireplace, grill, games, balconies, and a vehicle-friendly location near town and Wolf Creek.

Pets are welcome here. A pet fee of $65 applies (see your booking for details).
Fishing permits are required for river fishing and are available locally. Up to two pets under 50 pounds are allowed under the house rules; keep pets off furniture and beds and supervise them outdoors. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM; contact the property manager about any exception. Winter guests should plan for snow and use a suitable vehicle. The home has A/C in all four bedrooms and the dining room, radiant-floor heating, and a wood fireplace. Pagosa Springs is surrounded by the San Juan National Forest and known for its geothermal hot springs.
