About your stay

Relax in Pagosa Springs, Colorado at this three-bedroom, two-bath house for six. The fenced yard, private hot tub, covered patio, grill, fireplace, full kitchen, and washer/dryer make it easy to settle in. The Uptown location is about 10 minutes from downtown and 35 minutes from Wolf Creek.

Pets are welcome here. A pet fee of $35 applies (see your booking for details).

Colorado weather can change quickly; bring layers and sturdy footwear. Winter visitors should be prepared for snow.

This home does not have central air conditioning. Ceiling fans and portable fans are provided; opening windows at night can help cool the home.

Guests may ask management about current availability of HOA pool and gym access. Up to two pets are allowed; please clean up after them and keep them off furniture and beds. Please supervise pets outdoors.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; turn off deck and patio lights during quiet hours. No smoking or parties. Please remove shoes upon entry.

Cooling is provided by portable air conditioning unit(s) (not central A/C).
