Take in Pagosa Peak and pond views from this three-bedroom, three-bath condo in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. The two-level home sleeps 6 with king and queen bedrooms, a full kitchen, fireplace, furnished patio/deck, washer/dryer, and private garage parking. Walking paths and Uptown shops and restaurants are close by; hot springs and Wolf Creek are nearby.

Pets are welcome here. A pet fee of $35 applies (see your booking for details).

Small to medium-sized dogs may be allowed with prior approval. Please keep pets on a leash, clean up after them, and keep them off furniture and beds.

A maximum of two vehicles is allowed: one mid-size vehicle in the garage and one on the designated pad. Trailers are not permitted in the condo association; do not park on grass. Trash pickup is Wednesday morning; place bins at the end of the driveway apron and return them afterward.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. No smoking, open flames, candles, parties, or large gatherings. Maximum overnight occupancy is 6. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please remove shoes upon entry.
