Enjoy mountain views from this three-bedroom, three-bath condo in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. The two-level home sleeps 8 and includes a full kitchen, fireplace, furnished deck, washer/dryer, and parking. Walk to nearby shops, restaurants, golf, and recreation; downtown hot springs are a short drive away.

Pets are welcome here. A pet fee of $35 applies (see your booking for details).
This home is set up for extended stays. Pets require landlord approval.
Parking is available in the shared lot; there are no assigned spaces. Swimming in neighborhood lakes is not allowed. Fishing and non-motorized boating require the appropriate permits; contact the Recreation Center for current requirements. Boats may not be stored inside the condo, and trailers are not permitted in the condo association. Do not park on grass.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking, open flames, candles, or parties. Please remove shoes upon entry.
