About your stay
Pagosa Springs, Colorado golf-course-front cabin on two-thirds of an acre with four decks, mountain views, two living areas, and a gas barbecue grill. The three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sleeps eight with two king beds and two queen beds. Enjoy Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a DVD player, laundry, and easy access to the clubhouse and local dining. There is no air conditioning; fans and open windows help cool the home.

Good to know
Pets are welcome here. A pet fee of $50 applies (see your booking for details).
Up to two pets under 50 pounds are allowed under the house rules; please keep pets off furniture and beds and supervise them. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM; contact the property manager about any exception. This is a strictly no-smoking home. Guest capacity is limited to 8. The home has no air conditioning; use the fans and open windows for cooling. Winter guests should plan for slick roads and use a suitable vehicle.
Cooling is provided by portable air conditioning unit(s) (not central A/C).
