About your stay
Welcome to a one-bedroom condo in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, along the golf course between uptown and downtown. Sleeps 2 with one full bed, one bathroom, and a sofa pull-out bed. Enjoy golf-course views from the balcony, then relax or cook in the fully stocked kitchen. A washer/dryer, elevator, landscaped grounds, and gazebo add convenience. Walk to local amenities or drive 5 minutes to town. Pagosa Hot Springs and Rocky Mountain adventures are close by; Wolf Creek Ski Area is 30 minutes away.

Pets are welcome here. A pet fee of $35 applies (see your booking for details).
Guests will be provided check in information 48hrs prior to arrival.
Check in is contactless with access codes provided.
There is a pet fee of $40, with a limit of one pet, and pets must weigh 40 lbs or less.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.
Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.

This home has forced/central air conditioning.
Thermostat is located On right side - end of hallway / kitchen level
Please note that trailers are not permitted to be parked anywhere within this condo association. Parking on the grass is also strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking spaces. Violators are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
