About your stay

Enjoy Pagosa Springs, Colorado, from this golf-course townhouse with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a full kitchen, fireplace, garage, balconies, and a deck. Two king beds and one queen bed sleep up to five guests. Near uptown shops and restaurants, with a 30-minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area and the Continental Divide.

Pets are welcome here. A pet fee of $35 applies (see your booking for details).

Pagosa is rich in history, we happen to own bragging rights to the world's deepest geo-thermal mother spring that feeds a plethora of maintained soaking pools where guests can find rest and relaxation as they soak away the troubles of the world at hand.

We also boast the most snow in Colorado, should you be here during our winter months be sure to experience Wolf Creek Ski Area and slalom some slopes.

There is a pet fee of $40, with a limit of two pets, and pets must weigh 50 lbs or less.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.

Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.
