About your stay

Perched on Putt Hill in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, this two-bedroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, queen bed, and two sleeper sofas. Enjoy two full bathrooms, a fireplace, mountain views, a loft with extra seating, a full kitchen, and in-unit washer/dryer. Drive 5 minutes to uptown or downtown and about 35 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area.

Good to know

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $15 per hour; please confirm with the property manager.

Heating & Cooling
This home features a gas fireplace in the living area and central heating, with the thermostat in the main living area. There is no central air conditioning. A cooling unit has been added to the downstairs bedroom. Open windows at night and close them in the morning to help keep the home cool.

Trailers are not permitted in the condo association, and parking on the grass is prohibited. Use designated parking spaces only; violators may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Cooling is provided by portable air conditioning unit(s) (not central A/C).

We also welcome extended stays of a month or more -- inquire about our monthly rate. For any stay longer than 14 nights, guests provide their own toilet paper, paper towels, and bath/hand soap after an initial starter supply.
